Exercise and active living have always been a part of Suzanne’s lifestyle. It was through playing sports and recovering from her own injuries that led her to a career in Athletic Therapy and Personal Training. Wanting to further help her clients, Suzanne enrolled in the Canadian College of Osteopathy. Suzanne is passionate about helping people with their recovery from injury and educating them on how to prevent further injuries. She does this through rehabilitative exercises, the use of modalities and corrective techniques.  She looks forward to helping you! Whether it be with your injury recovery and rehabilitation, or simply learning how to exercise with special adaptations needed for your body so that you can enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle!

In her spare time Sue enjoys going for bike rides, having bonfires and catching up with close friends and family.
