Exercise and active living have always been a part of Suzanne’s lifestyle. It was through playing sports and recovering from her own injuries that led her to a career in Athletic Therapy and Osteopathy. Wanting to further help clients, Suzanne enrolled in the Canadian College of Osteopathy. Suzanne is passionate about helping people with their injury recovery and educating them on injury prevention. She does this through rehabilitative exercises, the use of modalities and manual therapy techniques.  She looks forward to helping you! Whether it be with your injury recovery and rehabilitation, or simply learning how to exercise with special adaptations needed for your body so that you can enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle!
